A post arrives with a picture and one sentence:

Dünyada ilk kez 7 başlı kobra Azerbaycan'da görüldü.

“A seven-headed cobra was seen in Azerbaijan for the first time in the world.”

Clear Context separates it into claims, researches each detail, and shows the source passage every finding rests on

It runs on your own server with your own API keys. There is no single true-or-false stamp: each detail gets its own outcome, and “unsettled” is an honest answer.

Everything below is the recorded output of one real run on October 31, 2026 (balanced research, Meta Muse Spark 1.3). The photo itself is not reproduced here.

Read the image

Muse Spark reads what the picture shows and compares it with what the caption says. This is a labeled visual assessment, never evidence on its own.

7 başlı kobraDoes not fit the image
  • Only one snake neck and body visible coiled on ground
  • Upper part is a single expanded hood with segmented color pattern, no seven separate distinct heads with eyes/snouts visible
Azerbaycan'da görüldüCan’t tell from the image
  • Roadside with leaf litter and green vegetation gives no country-specific signs
  • No flags, signs, landmarks or text visible to place location

Reverse image search (Google Lens and Bing through SerpApi) found the picture or a similar one on 66 pages, and Google Fact Check Tools returned five published fact checks of the same image. Videos go through the same path: speech is transcribed with Muse Voice Transcribe and three frames are searched.

Separate claims

The sentence becomes a checkable claim in its original wording, split into details that sources can settle one at a time.

17 başlı kobra dünyada ilk kez Azerbaycan'da görüldü.

  • 7 başlı kobra Azerbaycan'da görüldü.
  • 7 başlı kobranın dünyada ilk kez görüldüğü

Select passages

From every page it read, Clear Context keeps the exact sentences that bear on a detail. Each quote is checked against the page text before it can be cited.

… Fotoğrafın orijinalinde ise tek başlı bir yılan var ve fotoğraf yüksek ihtimal Hindistan’da çekilmiş.
dogrulukpayi.com · “The original photo shows a single-headed snake, most likely taken in India.”
… no cases of live animals born with more than three heads have ever been observed …

Assess details

Each detail is judged only against the recorded passages. The claim as a whole gets no stamp; you read the outcome detail by detail.

Doğrulama kaynağı iddianın yanlış olduğunu belirtiyor ve fotoğrafın manipüle edilmiş sahte bir görsel olduğunu, orijinalinin tek başlı ve Hindistan kaynaklı olduğunu ifade ediyor.

Other runs end with details marked supported, sources disagree, or insufficient evidence. When sources do not settle a detail, the report says so instead of guessing.

Run it yourself

Clear Context is self-hosted. Bring a Meta API key for Muse; Tavily, SerpApi and Google Fact Check keys add web research, reverse image search and published fact checks. Paid calls stay off until you switch them on in Settings.

git clone https://github.com/uslanozan/Clear-Context.git
cd Clear-Context
cp .env.example .env
docker compose up -d --build

Then open http://clearcontext.localhost. The Chrome extension is built from the same repository; the README explains how to load it.
